Rowena brings ten years of management consultancy background to Patton and Lee, a Keller Williams top 100 team.
She is often asked to co-market properties in areas across the US, and speak at market centers around the country sharing her innovative techniques. Rowena has consulted with household names working at Board level, as well as forming her own marketing and sales companies in the UK and US. Patton heads the #1 Homes For Heroes affiliate in the Nation, and a Keller Williams' top 100 team.
She has over 20 years' experience in buying and selling real estate in the UK and in the US in Washington DC, CA, FL and NC. She also has first-hand experience in:
- Investing in pre-construction and other real estate projects
- Large renovation and building projects
- Condo conversions from apartment buildings
- Consulting with architects
She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Rowena has many years of business experience forming marketing and public relations companies in the UK and an international consulting firm that worked with boards of major corporations in the US, UK and Switzerland, primarily in the area of spinning off start up entrepreneurial companies.
Rowena is an owner at the new Black Mountain Keller Williams Office, as well as working from the Asheville main market center. Rowena lives in Black Mountain, about 15 minutes East of Asheville NC.  |  | ||
