Christine’s success has lead to high-profile appearance recognition as the REALTOR Magazine’s “30 Under 30″ from the National Association of REALTORS, HGTV’s Real Estate Expert, Homebuyer Magazine, Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, to name a few.
In addition to being an real estate expert, consultant and coach, Christine’s credentials include a Masters Degree in Real Estate, licenses as a Real Estate Broker, General Contractor, Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Appraiser, Accredited Staging Professional, Five Star Professional, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and a Member of the Employee Relocation Council. Christine has personally designed and built homes, consulted new home builders and advised private clients. She is currently very active in real estate investing including short term “flips”, long-term rentals, land development and new home construction.
